Hello everyone,

I have been facing frequent BSOD errors while performing various operations on my PC. I have tried updating my drivers; but unfortunately; I haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

I can not access Safe Mode or the BIOS/UEFI configuration; which complicates troubleshooting.
I am looking for guidance on potential solutions / diagnostics I could try without having to reinstall Windows.

Any suggestions with Windows 8.1 would be greatly appreciated!

Since you're unable to access Safe Mode or BIOS/UEFI, try the following:
1. Startup Repair: Boot from a Windows 8.1 installation disk or USB and choose "Repair your computer" > "Troubleshoot" > "Startup Repair."
2. System File Checker: Run sfc /scannow from a Command Prompt (via recovery options) to check for corrupted system files.
3. Check for hardware issues: If possible, test your RAM and hard drive (using tools like MemTest86 or CHKDSK).
4. Disable Automatic Restart: You can disable automatic restart on system failure to get more details on the BSOD error code.
